Steven J. Herbert

Herbert graduated in 1995 from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a 2007 graduate of Nashville School of Law. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 2007 and the U. S. Court of Federal Claims in 2008.
Herbert resides in Dickson County with his wife, Michelle and their children, Mason (6), Olivia (4) and Audrey Mae(1). He serves on the United Way of Dickson County Board of Directors. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Herbert specializes in the following areas of law: real property and litigation, contracts, business transactions and formations, buying/selling of operating business, mergers and acquisitions,
insurance defense, business and corporate law, and construction law and litigation.
